The Thinker in Residence will act as an ambassador of Felix Gonzalez-Torres’s open-ended and rigorous way of thinking. The intention is for Gonzalez-Torres to function as a significant filter in the consciousness and actions of the Thinker in Residence, throughout the time they hold this role. This may or may not yield any formal documentation or byproducts. Individuals assuming the role of Thinker in Residence may occupy the role for one year or longer, but the term is not fixed.
